The other shoe drops tonight as SXSW announces its line-up and we get a more complete view of the films that we'll be talking about for the rest of the year. Remember, last year's SXSW gave us our first look at 45365, BEETLE QUEEN CONQUERS TOKYO, GARBAGE DREAMS, WINNEBAGO MAN, BEST WORST MOVIE and others.
