Mark Urman Responds to Gibney Lawsuit

I just spoke with THINKFilm President Mark Urman, who gave me the following statement on the recent lawsuit filed by Alex Gibney:

"On behalf of myself and my team, I believe that the Academy Award that TAXI TO THE DARK SIDE won reflects the hard work, creativity, skill and brilliance of everyone at THINKFilm and that the victory speaks for itself.  Similarly, the box office performance of documentaries last year and specifically of all films of that subject matter (or related subject matter) speaks for itself."
